A large U.S. common carrier totally dropped the ball on our trade show freight. EMS stepped in last minute, took control, planned, communicated, and executed. On a Saturday, they pulled strings, worked from home, coordinated and gained authorization to allow our trade show freight access to the show floor hours before the show started.
